- Is AwardReady affiliated with SAM.gov or the SBA?
- No. AwardReady is an independent product of Desert Oasis Digital LLC. We consume the federal Entity Management API the same way any authorized third party can. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any U.S. government agency.
- What happens if the government changes their API?
- SAM.gov's Entity Management API is a documented public interface with a change-log. When it changes, we update within 48 hours. If a sync fails, we surface the error immediately instead of showing stale data as if it were current.
- Can I add my accountant or partner to my account?
- Sentinel accounts include team seats with owner / editor / viewer roles. Lookout and Patrol accounts can add up to five email recipients for alerts, but each recipient is read-only.
- Is my data secure?
- TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, strict per-user row-level security, signed document URLs that expire in an hour, and IP-address logging on every login and mutation. See our Security page for details.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access through the end of your paid period. No annual lock-in, no cancellation fee.
